Cap City Roofing is a deeply rooted, locally owned, and owner-led roofing company serving homeowners across Columbia, the surrounding Midlands, and into the Pee Dee region. Celebrating our two-year anniversary this May, we proudly established our business right before Hurricane Helene hit South Carolina. While out-of-state storm chasers and aggressive insurance sales companies inundated our communities after the storm, we were already on the ground as a permanent, accountable local team focused on building lasting relationships—not just chasing quick insurance claims.
We take a practical, no-pressure approach to every home. As an established, stable South Carolina business, we are not a high-volume factory only interested in making an insurance company pay for a roof.
